"Nice idea, but tricky to put on cleanly"
I really wanted to like this because the end result can look nice once it’s on. That said, applying it was a hassle, it got messy fast and took way longer than I expected to make it look neat. I’ll still give it credit for looking decent in the end, but I wish the application process were a lot easier

"Didn’t last as well as I hoped"
I really wanted to like this polish because the color looked when I first put it on. But in my experience, it started chipping after just a couple of days, which was disappointing. I also found it a bit thick and patchy while applying, so it wasn’t the smoothest to work with. For the price, I personally expected it to hold up a little better

"Colour was much darker than expected"
I ordered this thinking it would look like the photos, but when it arrived the colour was way darker. Even my sister noticed right away and said it didn’t match what was shown online.

"So much for the promised shine"
I was really expecting this to look shiny like they promised, but the finish came out uneven right away. It looked okay for maybe a day, then the shine pretty much disappeared. it felt like one of those products that says all the right things and then doesn’t deliver...

"Refund took way too long"
So... I returned my order and getting the refund back was way more of a hassle than it should’ve been. I had to follow up more than once, and the replies were slow. it felt like once I sent the item back, they didn’t really care anymore. I wouldn’t order from them again after this.

"How is this packaging okay?"
My order arrived with the box totally crushed, and the polish had leaked all over inside. There was literally no padding, just everything tossed in loose and rattling around. Like, how is this okay for what they charge? Really disappointing, and I wouldn’t order again unless they seriously fix the packaging.

I had to wait quite a while to hear back from customer service, and unfortunately the help I got didn’t really solve my issue. They were polite enough, but I was hoping for a bit more guidance

"Not exactly beginner-friendly"
I tried using this Opallac thing as a total beginner, it was way more confusing than I expected. The steps didn’t feel clear enough, so I kept stopping and wondering if I was even doing it right. By the end, my nails looked messy and uneven, which was frustrating. Maybe the gel nail crowd would be fine with it, but for a first-timer like me, it was not great.

"Just didn’t work for me"
Maybe I’m picky because I like my gels to set rock hard quickly, but this one just wouldn’t cure properly. I left it under the lamp for ages and it was still tacky, so I ended up frustrated with it

"Website was really, really annoying to use"
The checkout kept glitching on me, and the pages were so slow, like slow slow. I did finally get my order through, but the whole thing was frustrating.

"Barely made it a few days"
I thought this would hold up better based on the way it was described, but it chipped after just two days. From the tone of the listing, I assumed it was going to be more durable, so that was disappointing

"Not really worth the price for me"
I really wanted to like opallac, but for the price I expected a bit more. The kit itself is okay and does look nice, but the polish just didn’t last as long as I was hoping. I ended up having to redo a couple of nails quickly, which was a little frustrating. It’s not terrible or anything, it just really feels a bit overpriced for what you get. Maybe worth trying if you can grab it on sale

"Chipped much sooner than I expected"
I bought an Opallac kit hoping it would hold up better than regular nail polish, and at first it looked perfectly fine. Unfortunately, by the next day I already had chips on two nails, which was disappointing.
I did follow the instructions and capped the edges, so I’m not really sure what else I was supposed to do. By day three it looked untidy enough that I just removed it. Not the result I was hoping for, politely speaking.

"It looked really nice at first..."
It looked really nice at first, so I was happy with it for a bit. But i kind of regret putting it on because taking it off was such a hassle. It took way longer than I expected and afterward my nails felt rough and weak.

"My nails went all weak after using this"
I used Opallac a few times and my nails just felt really thin and weak after it. When I took it off, they started peeling and it took ages before they looked like normal nails again, which was annoying. I did follow the instructions, so I don’t really know what happened there. Maybe it’s fine for other people, but for me it kind of ruined my nails a bit. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"I was disappointed with the color..."
I was disappointed with the color selection because most of the shades looked really similar to me and there just wasn’t much I could see myself actually wearing, I was hoping for more lighter colors and maybe some fun ones too but I ended up looking around for a bit and leaving with nothing, so I don’t think I’d bother browsing again.
